By submitting a Technical RFQ, placing a bulk production purchase order, or engaging our OEM/ODM apparel manufacturing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions[cite: 1]. 1. Business Entity & Identity

2. Technical RFQ & Sample Approvals

• Tech Pack Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing complete Tech Packs, measurement charts, material compositions (GSM), and pantone color specifications[cite: 1].
• Sampling Protocol: Pre-production physical samples and lab-dips will be dispatched for physical fit and color approval prior to bulk production runs[cite: 1]. Production timelines begin only upon written approval of pre-production samples and receipt of the advance deposit[cite: 1].

3. Lead Times & Production Schedules

Production timelines may be subject to adjustment due to force majeure events, customs holds, or delayed sample sign-offs.

4. Payment Terms & Financial Structures

• Advance Deposit: New international and domestic wholesale accounts operate under a standard 30% to 50% Advance T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit upon order confirmation[cite: 1].
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable against presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L)[cite: 1], commercial invoice, and final packing list before container dispatch[cite: 1].

5. Quality Assurance & AQL Tolerances

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
